Gaining popularity rapidly because of the government’s incentives in the field of sustainable agriculture, Vermibed’s are used for Organic Compost making. Vermicompost is an organic manure (bio-fertilizer) produced as the vermicast by earth worm feeding on biological waste material; plant residues.  It is eco-friendly, non-toxic, consumes low energy input for composting and is a recycled biological product.

Our presses are specifically designed to manufacture ‘Vermibeds’ , which are used specifically for vermicompost making.

The set of three presses has one for cutting Standard holes in the Flat Tarpaulin Fabric, with the help of Two Interchangable Dies, these are made of Special Alloys with heating attachments.

Then in the next step the other two machines fitted with individual Heat Sealing dies which have precision Grid Designed & Grinded surfaces, which are used to Heat Seal/Weld together the Flat Tarpaulin Fabric, & the Plastic netlon which is the most essential part of a vermibed.

These machines are operated by precision timers.
