Automatic Cutting Machine is a PLC based fully automated machinery which is very easy to operate and offers high cutting precision, it is usually coupled with a multileader machine where an auto-cutter is made in accordance to the width of the multileader.

The auto-cutter operates on 40 pneumatic cylinders which in turn operate pinch rollers for pulling the fabric, the fabric is passed from the multileader to an accumulator then onto the machine where it is cut according to the length set by the operator in a smooth clean motion, the cut is precise into the mm & inches ensuring a straight cut, sophisticated encoder ensures precise length cut. High speed steel is used as cutting element.
