The Automatic Strapping Machine has inbuilt heavy-duty pneumatic set of cylinders which in the first step of the process squeeze the air out with more than 8 kilograms of applied pressure, this helps in removing all the air making the bundle small and easy for material handling
in the next step motors apply box strapping to the bundle before heat sealing the strap ensuring a firm joint.
the strap strip is always auto refilled in the guideways, making this a very simple process.
